11/24 10:50 PM Caller at a residence south of Hamby states unknown subject called claiming they'd ordered 20 pizzas, and that he couldn't find their residence. When the homeowner told him they hadn't ordered the pizzas, he threatened to come to their house "to settle it." Subject was not located, and didn't go to caller's residence.

11/28 3:41 AM Calling Vans Beige Slip Ons Party in Buffalo Gap states a car "wrecked" into their trailer house, and that the driver seems intoxicated. A vehicle was also struck at the residence. The driver, who wasn't injured, was arrested by DPS for Class 'A' Misdemeanor DWI with Prior. He later posted a $2500 bond and was released from the Taylor County Jail.

11/25 12:10 PM Fire reported in the Blair Community. Mulberry Canyon Volunteer Fire Department responded and put out tires and refrigerators that were burning.
It is believed that methamphetamine was being sold to users and other dealers from Abilene, the surrounding area, and Callahan County. The narcotics unit seized between four and 200 grams of crystal methamphetamine, commonly referred to as "Ice", scales believed to have been used to weigh the drugs, packaging used in distribution, surveillance devices, and a cell phone. Mark Wayne Gordon, 43, and Missy McSwain Offield, 46, both from Hermliegh, were charged with 1st degree felonies, for which they posted $45,000 bonds, and were released three days after their arrest. This investigation is part of an ongoing initiative by Taylor County Sheriff Les D. Bruce to battle illegal drug distribution in the rural communities and other areas of the county. 11/24 3:34 PM Report of "people shooting guns" at a residence on Spinks Road. Officers contacted the residents who were doing the shooting. They were advised to stop due to the close proximity to residences.
11/26 5:26 PM Unknown fire reported near Lemons Gap Road. Property owner was burning debris and unaware of burn ban. He put the fire out in officer's presence.
11/27 8:04 AM Caller states subjects at a residence in Tuscola are outside yelling profanities. One of the subjects was allowed to leave with his mother. The other was warned, and stated he was going back inside to go to bed.
11/29 3:30 AM Caller states a cotton gin is possibly on fire in Trent. Trent Volunteer Fire Department responded and put out the fire, which was in a trash pit.
On Friday, November 19th, Agents of the Taylor County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division arrested two Scurry County residents in the southwest part of the county, for Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine. The arrests were related to an investigation of "Ice" trafficking, originating in a secluded area near the intersection of State Hwy 277 and FM 89. On the 19th, Agents conducted a "consensual contact" with four people living in recreational vehicles on private property, (in a remote and secluded area) with access monitored by hidden cameras connected to computers in the RV's.
11/27 6:30 PM Boyfriend/girlfriend are fighting at a residence in Buffalo Gap. Officers contacted the subjects, who stated incident was verbal only. The female was found to have an Abilene warrant for driving without a valid license. She was arrested and transported to the Taylor County Jail.
advised that due to her intoxication, she would have to file a complaint regarding the assault at a later time, which she understood. 11/25 5:17 PM A male at the same residence states female victim from the previous call is intoxicated, has kicked the door in, and is "acting crazy." The victim then got on the phone, and began cursing at the dispatcher. Officers arrived and determined that the incident was verbal, except for the damaged door. Since the female owns the residence, no offense was found. She stated she kicked in the door to gain access, because it was locked.
11/27 5:59 AM Officer checking a parked vehicle found that a male occupant was intoxicated. He was arrested for PI and taken to the Taylor County Jail.
11/25 6:39 AM Structure fire reported on County Road 620. Fire was in an addition to the back portion of the home. Jim Ned Volunteer Fire Department responded, along with Lawn and Moro. One Skechers Black And White Shoes
11/26 7:15 PM Fire reported in the front yard of a residence on FM 707. Resident was advised of the burn ban, and agreed to comply.
11/24 9:52 PM Calling Party states unknown subjects are at a residence west of Caps. Upon arrival, officer observed two males talking to a man in a van parked near the residence. The two males fled, and the van driver claimed to not know who they were. One of the two subjects who fled was later located. Officers discovered the remnants of a methamphetamine lab in the back yard of the residence. Because no drugs or chemical components were found, the two subjects were released.
11/24 10:52 PM Female at a residence near Tye states she was arguing with a female relative, and the relative "threw her down." Officers contacted the Calling Party, who appeared to be intoxicated. She stated that the relative also struck her vehicle as she was driving away. The victim was Vans Burgundy
crimes, as well as other offenses, are directly related to illegal drug abuse and distribution.

11/24 9:47 AM Theft reported at an address north of Lawn. Earlier, a deputy located a travel trailer abandoned on a nearby county road. Victim states trailer and other property has been stolen. Loss valued at approximately $30,000.
